Helena Modern Riviera is turning up the heat this winter with our Vintage Edition Après Ski pop-up. We took everything you love about those cozy mountain lodge moments and brought them straight to ICON Park. This is where Mediterranean flavors meet Alpine tradition, where shot skis come with charcuterie boards, and where your cocktail might arrive with a souvenir mug you actually want to keep.
Our chefs created dishes that taste like you are tucked into a ski chalet somewhere in the Alps. French onion soup with that perfect cheese pull. Bavarian pretzels dunked in Swiss fondue. Potato gratin so rich you will want seconds. And the drinks are the real stars here. The Shot Ski Experience comes with a spread of cured meats and pickles. The Après Ski Vintage includes a mug you take home. The Bonfire Glow has a toasted marshmallow on top that is not just for show. This pop-up runs from November 15 through January 18, so you have time to make it happen.
